A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided. The tracking information will become available 3-6 business days after fulfillment
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
FABGAL is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout.
+ If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage.

FABGAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package never reach you after 90 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven’t received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. If the package is returned by the post office or shipping carrier, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Our delivery timeframes are dependent on the location of the buyer. Standard shipment will take 3-5 business days and delivery will take 6-15 working days. If you have not received your items within this time frame, please email us at email@example.com with your full name and order number and will look into your delivery immediately! In most cases, delivery has been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
