- For our US orders we havea proccesing time of 1-2 business days and for overseas orders, we have 3-4 business days and this does not include the weekends.
USA products: 2 - 5 business days
Overseas products: 5 - 10 business days

If you find your item isn’t fitting quite right, we are more than happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your item (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:
FABGAL will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
*** All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow FABGAL 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- FABGAL will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

1. There might be 2-3% difference according to manual measurement.
2. There are 3 kinds of elasticity: High Elasticity (two-sided stretched), Medium Elasticity (one-sided stretched) and Nonelastic (can not stretched).
3. Wash it by hand in 30-degree water, hang to dry in shade, prohibit bleaching.
4. There maybe a slightly difference on detail and pattern.
